Using EventSynkt

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the client, event, music, game, and business information entered through your account.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid features require the applicable subscription. Prices and included capabilities are shown before checkout. Trials convert or end according to the terms presented during Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions may be managed through the billing portal.

EventSynkt Gameplay subscriptions

Gameplay is a separate venue subscription from EventSynkt business-management plans. Choose any one of Music Bingo, Name That Tune or Music Trivia for US$99 per location/month, any two for US$119, or all three for US$139, before applicable taxes. Eligible linked locations retain separate subscriptions and payment methods at US$79, US$99 or US$119 per location/month respectively. If only one eligible location remains, its single-location rate applies at its next renewal. Existing agreed pricing and trial terms are preserved unless a change is explicitly confirmed.

New eligible subscribers receive a 14-day trial beginning when subscription checkout is completed, with a payment method required. Trial access to all three games is temporary and does not add games to the selected paid package or add charges. The selected paid games and recurring price are shown before confirmation. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected package renews monthly automatically. Revising the selected games does not restart the trial.

Manage games and cancel through your Gameplay subscription page. Paid additions show Stripe's prorated amount before confirmation; additional paid access depends on the confirmed billing result. Removals and same-size game swaps take effect at renewal, retaining already-paid access until then. One effective same-size change is allowed per paid billing cycle; cancel a pending selection before replacing it. Trial selections can be revised without this paid-cycle limit. Subscriptions with discounts or other special billing terms may require support review. The confirmation page shows the effective date and any amount due. The billing portal manages payment methods; it does not replace Gameplay's package-change or cancellation workflow.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant EventSynkt the limited permission required to store, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep EventSynkt reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform improves. Users should retain appropriate copies of business-critical records.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use EventSynkt to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
